LIZANNE KNOTT ∙ Managing Partner
An award winning songwriter and managing partner of MorningStar, Lizanne has been captivating audiences throughout the Northeast US and garnering accolades from radio listeners, fans and peers around the globe. DAVE GERHART ∙ Senior Engineer/Producer & Graphic Designer
Dave holds a B.A. in Music from Bryan College and a B.S. in Recording Industry from Middle Tennessee State University. He worked in several top Nashville studios prior to joining the MorningStar team in 2001. Before that, he spent 14 months touring 40 of the 50 states as well as Namibia, Hungary, the Dominican Republic and Canada playing bass and doing backup vocals.  Dave is a composer, producer, singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, graphic designer and worship leader at BranchCreek Community Church actively involved in all aspects of music both in and out of the studio. DAVE SCHONAUER ∙ Engineer/Producer
Dave has been involved with music and technology his entire life. Starting piano at age 4 with an early knack for composing, he later attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, and received a degree in Music Production and Engineering in 1999 minoring in Music Synthesis. Since then, Dave has worked at several studios in Boston and Philadelphia with many names both big and small.
